Billing questions
How does pricing work?
You pay a WAFollow platform subscription. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta based on your usage and country rates.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes prorate on the next invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but we review billing errors and duplicate charges case by case.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards and supported local payment methods through our payment processor. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are cancel-anytime. Annual and Enterprise agreements are contractual.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only at the end of the billing period, and you can export your data before deletion.
