Why WAFlow exists

Most businesses lose leads in the gap between interest and follow-up.

Email open rates keep falling, calls go unanswered, and the tools that promised WhatsApp automation were mostly unofficial scripts that got numbers banned. Meanwhile the businesses that answer within minutes on WhatsApp close dramatically more deals.

We built WAFlow so that follow-up is not a person remembering to do it. Campaigns, reminders, nurture sequences, and support replies run on the official WhatsApp Cloud API, with a shared inbox for the moments that genuinely need a human.

Our story

WAFlow started as an internal tool for a small consulting team drowning in webinar follow-ups. The first version simply reminded registrants about their call. Reply rates tripled, and other businesses started asking to use it.

Since then WAFlow has grown into a full platform: CRM, template management, campaigns, a no-code automation builder, a shared team inbox, AI assistance, and analytics — all on Meta's official infrastructure, all multi-tenant, and all built so that customers stay in control of their own accounts.
